SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At smith&burton we strive to get your products out to you as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
Non-wholesale orders are sent from our UT warehouse via DHL on a standard 3-5 business day delivery service (5-8 business day delivery service for Alaska and Hawaii).
Wholesale & trade orders are sent from our UT warehouse via Fedex Ground on a 5-8 business day delivery service (US mainland only).
Any orders made before 2pm MST, will be dispatched the same day.
We do not offer expedited shipping methods at this time.

* Standard Shipping is FREE on non-wholesale orders totalling $99.00 or more AFTER any discounts or promos are applied. Tax (if applicable) and shipping does not count toward the total price for free shipping to qualify.
Please note on public holidays there may be some additional delays to the courier network. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. We will work our hardest to get your order sent out as soon as possible.
TRACKING
Tracking is provided for all orders. You will be sent an email with a tracking number once your is dispatched.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are not able to make changes or cancel your order.
Shipping Policy
Shipping for non-wholesale orders is limited to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii (excludes Puerto Rico).
Our couriers cannot deliver to locked bags or parcel lockers so please ensure you include a street delivery address. Please make sure your address is correct at the time of order (including business name if shipping to a work address).
We cannot accept responsibility for lost or missing parcels once they leave our warehouse. Property and risk in goods ordered by you from us will pass to you upon delivery of the goods to your specified delivery address for the relevant order.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are for products purchased through smithandburton-usa.com
MY ORDER IS BROKEN, FAULTY OR DAMAGED
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will or our best to fix any issues. Please get in touch to specify the concern and we will either send you a replacement product or provide a refund.
We will need proof of the damage or fault, so please take a photo of the product and issue in it's original packaging and email us the details at orders@smithandburton.com
RETURNS POLICY
Unopened items can be refunded if returned within 15 days of purchasing. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
Shipping costs for the returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Please send your back to:

We will be in touch once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed via the original method of payment. It is recommended to use a tracked courier service when returning goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.
